I CHANGED MY MIND!!!

MY MORNING CUP COFFEE: – Change is inevitable and required if you are to continue to live. As another year draws nigh we find ourselves assessing where we are and where we wanted to be when we asked the same question this time last year. Some are excited about their progress and others are disappointed. If you are disappointed, this cup of coffee is for you. Change relative to life expectancy happens whether we want it to or not. Change relative to knowledge and aspirations of ones future happens when we understand the knowledge acquired and, when we apply that which we have heard to our daily effort to grow. However, even when all that we know has not yet been applied, every day is a new day to begin.

If you believe you are restricted by your age this may not be for you. But, if you view age as merely the length of time one has lived then you know it does not determine what you can and can not do tomorrow. At any given time you can CHANGE YOUR MIND. Fear may dictate your ability to change. Don’t let it. You owe it to yourself to try something you have always wanted to try

, whatever it is. If you feel restricted by time, begin to multiply yourself so you can do more. In other words each day pick just one thing that you know you can do more of. For example, exercise, read, time with the family, studying, walking away, etc. Do just a little more than yesterday and watch that trickle down to other areas of your life. Say out loud “I CHANGED MY MIND” until it becomes a conviction and then begin to walk out that change. Allow God to renew your mind. Remember change is inevitable and required if you are to continue to live.
